Out with the old, in with the new

This old stove was from the 50’s. It was dead. Can you imagine how much grease/dirt/oil lay behind this on the tiles? I can. I know because I soaked it in vinegar and baking soda (which I brought from Canada) for hours, a few times, then it had to be scraped off of the floor because it was so deep. But not the easy way….no..no..no…the stove was so heavy that it could only be moved a little so I had to get behind it and scrape it with barely any moving room. What a smell. What a mess.
